OP man is a gag parody..he is meant to be not defeated and simply too much for his opponents. If one punch man can punch you , you are dead, He can tank hits also so he's not getting knocked out and is just as fast as anyone you can name. You need reality warpers to beat him and even then if he essentially touches you he still wins.

Word! I admit I haven't watched Super yet but as far as dbz goes when has Goku ever sat back and watched??? Goku jumped into countless fights just because.When Raditz first showed up. Or when Nappa and Vegeta came to earth. When he had to fight Freeza or the Androids, plus Cell and Buu.
Hell even in that battle of the gods movie when Beerus showed up on King Kai's planet, the first thing Goku did was turn Super Saiyan and try to fight him only to get his ass kicked.
