Where do you get them from? I don't imagine the dentist havin a box of them laying around. I assume they cop a mold of your tooth an go from there. I know it ain't covered by a dental plan.

What if a nikka got a Colgate models smile, straight, white and he has a gold tooth. Everything else is too good to be true, 6'4 , 195 rolls in an ivory 7 series gets asked on a daily basis which team he plays wide receiver for but really works in a pediatric cancer unit as a specialist.
