Without a doubt the greatest moment in Nitro history….In hindsight it might’ve been a bad business move to have Goldberg vs Hogan on free TV but I was hyped to watch it and I’m glad that I was able to experience watching it live.
You rarely get moments like that in wrestling these days. The crazy part about it is that WCW had another opportunity to turn it around with Goldberg and win the war but they of course fumbled it.

That moment was absolute mayhem. Watched it live with my older brother. When it was announced the previous week (I think on Thunder if I remember) it was a countdown all week up to that moment. Bobby the Brain sold the fukk out that finish. The pop was crazy seeing Hogan finally lose clean after so many NWO run ins.
