I never had a problem with the Starrcade loss. It took 3 dudes interfering, one with a fukking taser, then getting hit with one of the most protected finishers of the previous 4 years to beat him. He had to lose sometime. It isn't just Nash blowing smoke up his own ass, crowds really were audibly picking Nash over Goldberg for the entire build of that match. Right guy at the right time to end the streak, imo.

I don't know if it was the right choice, but it at least was one that could've worked. Flair vs Hogan main events by February was the real problem
