I'm really not trying to diminish the warriors winning streak right now; because i'm enjoying every second of it. but they really shouldn't be counting wins from last season towards the streak.

Prove it otherwise.
Break down their stats from an age-by-age comparison and they stack up pretty similarly.
Reggie Miller
Klay Thompson
There's a difference in mentality though as Miller was a dog in the playoffs whereas Thompson was kind of lackluster, although he still did average 18 points in the post-season last year. Compare that to 20 from Reggie at the same age.
People also forget that as good as Reggie was, he was only a 5x all-star. Klay as we know is able to put some up some gaudy numbers when he's locked in. The season Klay had last season is as good statistically as any Reggie ever had (on a per 36 minute basis) without being the focal point of the team.
Klay is up there with Reggie, but he is playing along someone who is atmospherically on a different stratosphere, so he looks pedestrian by comparison.
That said though, I'm taking Reggie for his intangibles, mentality, and ability to create space without the ball in his hands.

He started in the ASG so I wouldn't say nobody notices him. He'd just be so much more popular on another team.Klay thompson might be one of the greatest shooters of all time but curry is so much better nobody even notices him
nah, he wouldn't. he wouldn't get the same open looks and he wouldn't have curry taking the heat off of him. even when klay was lighting them up, curry was still drawing in attention and getting him open shots. ain't no one got time to pretend Klay is some special player worth building a franchise around.

No it's not, it's literally what every sport does with their official records. Have you already forgotten that losses from last season were counting against the Sixers too.
The lack of sports knowledge on this forum is astounding sometimes.
he also doesn't have much of a personality. Draymond plays on that team and he's probably more popular than Klay
