It really is beautiful with the mountains right there always in sight. But as far as nightlife - I haven't been there in like 8 years but I remember their alcohol was watered down, many places didn't even serve liquor, and they stopped serving it at like midnight on weekends.SLC is a beautiful city but they are right.
