You can get sick off it, I mean really sick like a bad case of food poisoning, and if you go to the docs and you obviously are not up front with them and they do various tests , they can actually tell you are sick because your mouth came into contact with what they call 'faecial matter' ,something they normally only see with children.....Never happened to me although I read about someone it did happen to, , but if it did I would have to change doctors as the receptionists at the place I go to ,gossip all the time about various patients.
