Circus Circus had a buffet back in '91: All You Can Eat for $6-8.

Inflation might have raised the price, but that's the one spot I remember.

They had EVERYTHING from lobster claws to prime rib.​

There's a place that has a $7.77 steak meal forget the name but it's called Mr. Lucky's or something

Spring Mountain Rd west of the strip has a ton of authentic Asian restaurants. pho, Korean bbq, Chinese, sushi....all pretty cheap
