Eh the game evolves. I think legends from all era would have to learn how to play with the world around them. He could still of course be an elite driving threat, but him along with any other 2 guard would’ve been taking more 3s than they did back there.

Not only is the shot that gets hammered into folks head as early as they can shoot, but it’s also the cool shot now. The same way being a pull up mid ranger was what you wanted to have in that era, you want to be an off the dribble 3 pt shooter now
