Steak - Everytime I had steak it was always well done and I didnt get the hype. One day I had it medium and OMG! I converted so many people after that, and you know how black people are stuck in their box sometimes. I have it medium rare now.

Hated ribs growing up. The times I tried to eat it, it was stringy and tough.

But these ribs that brehs are cooking now, are so soft and succelent. Fall off the bone. It's like there has been some evolution in the cooking of ribs.

Pressure cook 5 mins 15 lbs. Grill slow/smoke 30 mins.
