What solved the problem? Did you get on medication? Or did you just change your daily routines up? I usually advise people that regular exercise can solve a lot of sleep problems (not nightmares though).

I just changed my routine and stopped have late night snacks. I ate a big dinner around 8pm and it up me down at 10:30. The nightmares I just came to terms with some things.

Good to hear. I see a lot of people get on medication for that when they really don't have to.

yeah man I came close but after some soul searching and some talks Im good. Meds don't really help that much, sometimes it makes things worst
