Hurt hobe or not Lakers were still gonna get embarrassed in the first round. Although Lakers faggits will use this as a excuse for getting their ass handed to them. :yeshrug:

Man, it sucks and feels bad that he tore his achilles. Don't see how, whether you root or hate Kobe, hearing the news of an all-time great player like him go down was disappointing

actually, i'm hoping the Lakers make the playoffs. The extra 4 games will be good practice for OKC...plus the score will be completely outrageous.

Who they gonna run the offense through...D12....

Neil Everett sound like he's crying reporting this on Sportscenter :wow:

But saying that this is a sad day in sports like dude died or something, :comeon:

this is Kobe Bryant we're talkin bout breh.....he's a LEGEND and outside of his haters is probably the most beloved athlete on planet earth after Ali and Jordan

nikkas should be sad......we're not gonna see more remarkable games from him for a while now

Well, at least Kobe has that rap career he can fall back on.

This is sad news for the game of basketball. One thing you will never see me do is cheer or laugh at an athlete being injured. I suffered a torn meniscus in the 7th grade and it sucked not being able to play ball at that time....i was only kid. Luckily, I was young and blessed with great genetics...eventually recovered.

Although, I am not the biggest Kobe fan, I respect his dedication to the game. I remember getting Kobe's Adidas shoes over the Reebok Questions (Iversons) even though I loved A.I. when he was at Georgetown. I was a freshman in HS in '96. I can write much more about the journey of watching Kobe over the years but I will save that for another time :to:

This is what happens when refs cheat y'all. If you believe in Karma then the NBA is getting theirs and Kobe just happens to be a casualty.
