For those that don't know "Payback" on the first book in the Parker series by Richard Stark.

The character Mel Gibson plays is supposed to be named Parker.

That bullshyt movie that recently came out starring Jason Statham called "Parker" is based on the same character (just a different novel).

They've been trying to make films based on that character and series for decades and "Payback" is the best one to date.
