If you want a good side hustle that isn't listed I'd recommend getting your real estate license and working high end rentals like 2K+ most showings are weekday nights and weekends anyway......it's easier than regular sales and no closings just show places, get the paperwork together and get paid.
I say higher end because not only do you get decent checks but also those people are easier to work with, they know what they want, the area of choice is usually not as large as low end rentals and they usually have their shyt together in terms of credit and jobs. With low end rentals you'll be showing places for months all over and they always give a back story of why they have shytty credit and stuff.
Get like 3 to 4 rentals a month thats an extra 2K+ a month.
