Yes, the physical conditions, including the fukking climate, were worse in the Caribbean. That is not debatable. And I’m only talking about the trans atlantic slave trade so I don’t know why you’re bringing up medieval times and shyt. In no shape or form am I saying slavery was worse in its totality for those people. It was very obviously more insidious in the States.Really??This was not what slavery meant in the ancient world, in medieval and early modern Europe, or in Brazil and the West Indies.

This movie was banned was it came out and is definitely worth the watch, especially the ending with the Nat Turner esc type of ending. I always recommend this and The Spook That Sat By The Door to anybody.

I seen it before and it is extremely racist. If you want to watch it for free on YouTube you don’t have to feel bad about doing it though because you are not going to find any pleasure from watching it. You will be filled with disgust and anger. But I don’t regret watching it (seen years ago and won’t watch again) because even though it was racist as fukk I learned a lot of things that I wasn’t aware of in regards to certain practices and treatments of the slaves that were portrayed accurately. Like how they fed them. But this is not something you have to watch. It’s just gonna make you pissed and you can get the information in other places.in a car more accurate manner. It does show some harsh depictions in here
