At this point, you could damn near put a monkey in a tux in his job and shyt wouldn't change all that much. All his job entails is being a mouthpiece for the owners. I'm sure they wouldn't have to look very hard to find a suitable replacement.

That said, of course he's not gonna voluntarily step down. You'd have to be legitimately out of your mind to walk away from a $44m/yr job.
