After seeing Brizz vs X this battle was weak as hell to me. Zero replay value. Goodz was gassed but I wasn't too impressed by Verb either. He had some shyt but his rounds were uneven and that stumble was terrible. For a grudge match the energy wasn't there. These top tiers are .

This battle shows you the power of delivery I guess. Goodz has the hardest delivery out.... which just makes his bars more disappointing when he gets to the punch, cause with the build up you swear he gonna say the hottest shyt in the world; instead he just says some shyt about bambi dying or something.

Verb on the other hand had a cold ass second, I don't care if he stuttered, and he has a contender for line of the year imo."I ride up, on this nikka while he chillin on the weekend/ creepin, seat back iron low like I'm anemic/ I'mma wet everybody out here, cannonball in the deep end/ extensions, nina, let me put my bytch weave in"

I gave verb the first two, the third is debatable because of how short Verbs round was, but he also said the only thing that got a reaction out of me that third between the two( that baywatch line). Goodz round was a bunch of bullshyt on the other hand, so I don't know who to give that round too. Regardless, Verb won.

Goodz was gassed, but he still spit better than verb. goodz 1st and 3rd. and the 3rd was cause verb shyt was short. havent seen a good performance from verb since hitman. and from goodz since conceited

Round 1: Aye Verb - I thought Goodz was absolutely terrible this round. I wasn't fukking with it at all
Round 2: Aye Verb - That stumble was absolutely nothing. Based on what I read, I thought he seriously had a bad choke. Verb just gave you so much more this round than Goodz, even with that 1 sec stumble.
Round 3: Goodz - Goodz killed it this round. Verb was stumbling & I think he needs to reevaluate these predictable "real talk" 3rd rounds. He had some dope shyt, but I don't think it's the approach to take against a game spitter like Goodz. You can't talk to a nygga like Goodz

Verb is just such a significantly better rapper than Goodz. If you gave Goodz the win, I guess he's just your preference. Goodz is a game spitter which is cool, but that shyt just doesn't work for me on a guy like Verb. Verb is not Danja Zone. I think Goodz would make Danny Myers look like a damn fool.

This shyt was looking like it was gonna really get ugly for Goodz, but a slight stumble & a great 3rd round changed all of that, & some even have him winning.

I can't really be mad if someone said 2-1 Goodz, but I don't think that lite stumble by Verb was enough to justify giving Goodz that 2nd round imo.
