It's decent I guess. I don't really see the benefits versus any of the other latest 2016 phones. I was considering selling my HTC 10 and getting this, but I don't really see the point now since they're basically the same.
Just upgrade your 6P to nougat and you're good to go.. $700+ on an upgraded camera and rapid charging isn't a justifiable reason to upgrade in my opinion.
