Like if you type in nike shoes then nike.com will show up as top result..
Its not a random ad you would see on a mp3 site or something hidden as a "download" link. Its an ad PAID to be at that position that google is supposed to monitor (but hardly does).

One real, the other isn't. But, they both look legit to the uninitiated.
Is it really not real? Or is it simply not fafsa.gov? It looks to me like http://www.fafsa-application.com/ is a middleman website where they charge you to fill out your fafsa with their 'Professional Assistance' (as can be clearly seen in the picture).
