One of the main reasons to have Google Fiber is to download a ton of content... and to stream a ton of content. They can get out of here with this.

I'm just saying this doesn't surprise me. I figured Google would come up with something creative to censor their ISP. I'm sure they'll be using the data they have from your browser (Chrome) to see exactly where people are getting their stuff from to justify this fee.
