I've heard a couple compelling reasons to cancel my preorder tbh. the gesture shyt won't work with 3rd party launchers but you can't use the new assistant without it. stupid

So if you turn off motion sense the new assistant is useless?

it's a nice phone. this joint has way more options in the settings than I've ever seen. I got the brightness at 100 and force 90hz turned on and the battery is about the same as the 3 xl so far.

I am using Microsoft launcher with motion sense turned off and the updated assistant works so, either they updated or that report was bullshyt.

The screen looks narrow and long because the phone is physically more narrow now plus they removed the bottom black bar with the back button and all that. some apps still have it at the top. pretty much ripped off straight from iPhone
