producing technology no, but if you went there you would know most people still use flip/brick phones and their internet speeds are 10 years behind. i was surprised too considering they have high numbers in technological fields.

That's how Google makes money. Market share. They don't actually sell phones, the manufacturers sell them. They benefit from more people using them regardless of the phone is low end or high end.

With Android One expanding beyond India soon, these nikkas Google will literally take over the entire planet with all Android. They can literally get 90%+ Market share with such a huge population in one country alone. MS can't possibly counter this.

I hope Google sends Android One to the Western market too. Still a lot of people using feature phones and Gingerbread Androids here.

Google already has a cheap stock android phone for the USA. The Moto G is for the Western world.
Motorola also has a version w LTE on their website.
