google drive has an offline mode buddy...every app can be placed offline and cached...what can you do with windows machine without internet

because its more than a browser. Chroem broswer cant do some of the uff chromeOS can. You still can get a virus on windows. you pay for upgrades. Windows is slow as fuk. The machine is trash. Windows 8 is a struggle OS
