I agree they shouldn't be discriminated against but the nation should not be heralding itself as exceptional and tolerant to gays by pushing heavy propaganda everywhere...that's where I draw the line; especially when racial oppression continues everyday

Why is it propaganda to say people should be treated equally though? IMO the big difference between gay and racial issues is white people: white people are slowly coming around on gay rights, whereas a lot of white people are getting WORSE on racial issues. The "white people face more discrimination than blacks/Hispanics" mentality is beginning to take hold in multiple areas of the country, making progress hard. To make things worse congress is full of law makers who cater to those people.

Ultimately both issues will be settled by numbers. As older cacs die out we'll see progress on both issues. When we attack gays we're falling for a divide and conquer strategy. Gays getting rights does not=blacks losing rights. This is the same thing cacs do to pit Hispanics and blacks against each other...

and to tell you the truth few years ago I was very unopinionated on the subject
I don't consider it a life or death situation, I don't lose sleep over the shyt but I realize that things are clearly being stirred in a certain way
Ive relocated in Africa few years ago
and Ive noticed how the west is doing its best to inoculate certain things in the mother land
