No one needs a PG that bad to offer him anything in that ball park. The Lakers were the only team talking about throwing that at him, and they picked up Russell. Knicks, Orlando, Houston, Milwaukee, obviously he wouldn't go to the sixers, so no one was throwing more than 15 at best.
