I made a thread for the man Im not arguing what he's doing this year, Im arguing the fact you say Goran through the years finish better than Westbrook.

Last year Westbrook attempted 478 layups making 58% of them
Dragic attempted 269 attempted layups making 66% of them

You not getting that one bruh thats over 200 more layups Russ attempted to Dragics.

It doesnt matter because its still a huge amount, not 10 or 100 like you tried to compare it to, and hes on pace to attempt over 500 this year and make an even greater percentage of them.

Comparing each year to year, their best years or over the course of their careers its the same trend and that is, for all of Russ' extra athleticism, Dragic makes significantly more of his attempts around the rim and creates more of those attempts himself. Highlight dunks on Sportscenter are literally the only thing that could lead you to believe otherwise and having the facts/numbers should easily tell you otherwise.

8% isnt a smidgen, especially when you consider how many attempts Westbrook does take. Like I said, more attempts is only a positive if you're elite in that area and Russ never has been. Thats a lot of potential points left at the rim. And you cant say oh its because of how many he takes and anyone's % would go down with more attempts, because thats what Dragic is doing this year and his % has actually gone UP.
