No it is not one of the best defenses ever and it's not even an argument. That Pacers team in 2004 would have likely beaten the Pistons in a 7 game series and gone onto win a championship. George's Pacers were losing in the finals regardless.
Whose to say that though? You have the best defense in the L matching up against the best offense, main reason why Miami's D got done so bad as that series went on is cause Pop schemed for them since the year previous. Plus they was just hitting. But they wasn't the Pacers D regardless. Heat was also a LeBron cramp away from being up 2-0. I don't think you can just straight up promise a L like that.

Indiana would be a good fit since hes a cac, but thats the only reason why

To me gayward is overrated. Im tired of hearing about the cac, wherever he goes his impact will only be minimal
You sound breathtakingly ignorant & show clear signs of mild mental retardation :picard:

I mean, utah got a core, Lowkey though
idk if having a ceiling of 2nd round exit can be classified as a core 3bh. I like how elite they are defensively, and the ball-passing. But their core is too expensive and not talented enough to really make noise. If they paid everyone they gotta pay rn, they can't add another significant FA, and they ain't really have no splash draft picks.

if hayward and george get together its going to be in boston. if hayward signs george would be more willing to commit long term to them and ainge would give up the picks.....
