You have to elevate the grilled cheese sandwich. You can’t serve cheese, butter, and bread for $26.

The pan must me moistened to 101 degrees with mandarin duck oil, potato bread from the Swedish jungles slightly greased with turtle and truffle butter. Cheese must come from the happiest cows of Deutschland.

Expect better.
