Gospel singers are people who tried to cross over and failed
The pure talent on the stage is astronomical.
Most secular singers would be scared to step on the stage with these women...they'd get destroyed. I know for a fact this lady & Shawn Pace have been asked to 'crossover' many times but they have refused. Karen Clark was even mentioned/asked to do the Aretha Franklin movie but she was worried about direction of the film conflicting with her beliefs.Just LISTEN TO THIS when you get time. even for an atheist you can't deny the artistry and ability. Just tune out the message if you have to and listen to the tone, technical ability and discipline of the musicianship. Its unreal
