What happens is the big companies like HBO or certain movies like say a Star Wars
They put out traps/etc to discourage bootlegging that... for the first couple of days.. then its all good

Usually they straight, but when they not.. ppl WILL comment quickly
They usually can tell which ones are "trap" downloads and are very vocal about it

But I'm not an expert on how Comcast handles offenders. But I've read on this site that they don't do anything but send letters/threats
