Pizza Hut is a franchise. That means there's a sole proprietor who owns and runs the restaurant but he pays a franchise fee to Pepsico. When havoc rips off a PizzaHut, he's cutting into a person's business profit margin just like a non-franchise restaurant.

In HS I used to pull this type of shyt all the time. Would go to burger king and complain about my food being cold the previous day. They would give me free food without a receipt. Would also call taco bell complaint line and say the food was horrible. They would send coupons for free meals.
