This would be a career transition for me, I haven't worked in tech at all so I don't fully know what to expect in terms of the interview. I had a phone interview earlier today which went pretty smooth, but it wss really just getting to know me. They said the interview would be 30mins to an hour, and I took an IQ type test leading up so should I be prepared for more shyts like that? :jbhmm: Would they throw some scenarios/situations at me? How should I prep? Any advice is appreciated.

What kind of role is it? Level 1 support where you will be on the phone mostly? If so then be prepared to answer questions like "how would you deal with an impatient or angry customer?" Make up a story about how you've dealt with one before.

They might also ask some low level technical questions about how to fix common computer errors so be prepared for that also.
