Got a Weird Transfer Reversal email from Robin Hood

I just received a weird email saying that one of my transfers "from" my HSBC Bank Account and "into" my Robin Hood account was reversed. It references R26, but I didn't see R26 come up when I looked for it in a search engine.

Now my Robin Hood account "Buying Power" is showing "-$1.77". I don't understand this. Over the last 8 days I transferred $1,827 from my HSBC Bank Account into my Robin Hood account. Where is the rest of the money and why isn't it showing up?

Is there a rule against depositing too much money in a short period of time? The funds in my bank account are definitely sufficient, so please explain.

Actually, just checked on Reddit and see that this happened to tons of people. Not that worried anymore, but this is my first time experiencing this with Robinhood. Just kind of annoying to deal with.
