This man knowsss, I got a Mazda from 2005, I have had it for 3 years,I have only spent $300 on maintanance & tires. Everything works well, females love everything about it,the nice sound system, AC for summer time and heater especially after the nightclub when its cold.

I can't get into Mazdas

There is no perfect car for 6k... Or 600k.

In order to give you the right info, I need to know what your goals/needs are. What are your transportation needs, what is your 5 year outlook, how mechanically inclined are you?

No way in hell to give you an educated answer without details.

Depends what your goals are breh. Some dudes want a flashy nice car, some dudes just want a reliable, cheap to run and somewhat comfortable car.

What car are you pushing at the moment??

I'm not a flashy guy I just never could get into Mazdas, I don't knock anyone who drives them but they aren't for me

Since you an Infiniti owner, I wanted to ask you about this jawn im tryna buy.
I found an 08 G35x with 97k mileage from an independent car seller for $8500. He got the car from Carmax at an auction on Monday. I was wondering what your opinion is on the up keep compared to the 06 jawn that you have. I'm a college kid too, so im watching my pockets. I was thinking an 08 BMW 328xi initially (107k mileage at the dealership for $8000) but ehh I'm not too much of a fan of the space and plus possible maintenance issues in the future.

With taxes and registration fees it'll add up to about 9500, it looks really clean but check out the engine to see if there are any ticks etc and see if there any maintenance records. infiniti's also need a 100k mile tune that costs a 1k to 1.5k

Biggest problems with infinitis is burning oil though.

Def get the infintis rather than the bmw.

I checked it out yesterday. Dealer was pretty cool. I got it down to $8300. Its got 3 dents that aint too major. Prolly gonna get a new paint job and body work on the dents in the next year. I live in VA, so my family mechanic is about to do an inspection of it (The car is from MD). Sales tax is gonna be about $400 but i got a breh that does registration for the low. I'm prolly looking at $8,850 all together. Good looks tho, I'm prolly gonna purchase it.

sounds like a good purchase if your interested in mods I'd go with

-hks hi flow exhaust
-ztube + stillen intake
-plenum 5/16 motordyne spacer
-aftermarket rims once you save up

together those top 3 add about 20-30 hp and the sound alone is worth it
