I don't know anything about that company or being a financial analyst but for $53 an hour, I'll take the job myself. Can't be that difficult right?

You don't need to go to college
Go under any school website and see the classes under financial curriculum, find the class name and topics discussed
Begin from the top to the bottom, absorb every single bit of it possible through the book offered in the class and other outside resources
Went to school for IT and then CS, learned nothing about Cyber Security but taught myself while in school and working everything I needed to know.
You need to write it down, do it in increments, study, pay for lessons or advanced online programs.
I suggest you don't take such a job, you clearly don't have the skills that they are looking for.. Sounds like you will be responsible for getting information and giving back information to several people, you'll be taught up quick if you aren't sharp on everything.
