Nothing is involving a booster. PJ has been hanging around the WRONG people and he should pay for it. I think he'll miss some games but nothing crazy because the infractions are minor.
NOW about those pathetic State fans. Just last year they put up numerous billboards saying "This is OUR STATE", then preceeded to lose to us in basketball, football, baseball, well pretty much everything. The best basketball recruit State has landed in years(top 5-10 player), CJ Leslie, just went undraftedTheir other GREAT recruit, Rodney Purvis spent ONE year there and just transferred to Uconn. They were a top 5 team preseason after getting hyped after a Sweet 16 run the year before
Not only did they finish 4th in conference(behind those other 2 teams from NC) but they had an outstanding 1st round exit from the NCAA tourney.
They are literally one of the most irrelevant schools in the NCAA and will continue to be for the rest of time.
Don't forget the 2005-2006 basketball season... We had just lost Sean May, Raymond Felton, Rashad McCants, and Marvin Williams. State fans was likethinking about putting that work in on UNC in that season. I heard it all on the radio before the season. "Yeah, we gonna get them now..." They came into the Dean Dome that first game, started out hot, then got blown out. My nikka David Noel led the charge, a dude who was basically a football player. Then the second game, we went into what was then the RBC Center, and blew their doors off. State fan went from![]()

I applaud them. No one was writing about this story. Not even ESPN, I just saw the first CBS story on it like yesterday. If this had happened to a Kentucky player I would hear about it NON-STOP and the NCAA would be all over us. Hopefully ol crocodile tears roy gets what he deserves.
NCState is garbage tho.. transfer university![]()
having a gun and weed is a little different tho, all the while driving a car leased by a felon. T Jones was just trying to not get his teammates in trouble because he was out late.
UK fans have just as obsessed with UNC lately. ESPN, CBS, USA Today, all them had a article about PJ getting arrested as soon as it happened.
Nobody was talking about Terrence Jones getting in a car accident at 3 a.m. and then dipping before the cops showed up either.
I don't remember anybody caring when CJ Leslie got a rental car from an actual NC State booster or when that same booster paid for an apartment for CJ's brother to stay in. He only got suspended for 3 games so PJ better not got more than that.
An important link emerged in the ongoing P.J. Hairston saga over the weekend from a USA Today report involving Haydn “Fats” Thomas, a convicted felon who claimed to lease out a 2013 GMC Yukon to Miykael Faulcon. Faulcon was one of the two passengers P.J. Hairston was carrying on June 5 when he, Faulcon and Carlos Sanford were stopped at a license checkpoint by Durham police and charged with marijuana possession. (Hairston was also cited for driving without a license. No charges have been dispensed related to the 9mm handgun and ammunition found at the scene.)
A second vehicle rented by Catinia Farrington, who reports connected to Thomas’ home address, was being driven by Hairston on May 13 when he received a speeding ticket. That Hairston was cited driving two vehicles one month apart, both rented by Thomas, raises the question of whether Thomas and Hairston know each other.
