Yep that's definitely believable if your diet was trash. Long gone are the days of not getting it til your 40s.

Luckily with good diet its very treatable, and even reversible if not too far developed.

It's weird cuz I'm fat, both parents diabetic and I get my blood tested every year. No diabetes. I know it's coming but I fast in the daytime and think that plays a part.
