Back structurally sales job but the expectations are unreasonable
And now the company is hemmoraging over 20k a week so that means your forced to do
Others work because the department for doing the work you didnt sign up
For was fired also. This has been planned for 2 months now ive been trying to get fired. While having something else to easily fall into once they do.

That makes more sense.

But in all honesty, I came to work for them putting my head down and focusing my life with them. Causing issues at home because im always at work or getting ready for next day. Then you realize you make the guy in the office behind you tens of thousands and you are put under pressure to meet certain expectations and when its time to get your check shyt is low and always missing money. Why? Why deal with this i've stood by patiently hoping it would get better and it didnt. I also voiced how I felt about the evolution. Why work for someone who as a ruthless business man is never around when checks are passed out and who will only speak to you to condenscend or bytch about something. Sell great all week theybride your nuts. Have a bad day and get sent home. Management had been flipped and gone. I really came to put my head down and work a steady job. The start times and end times for work in the past month have changed 4 times. Im not the type to quit anythinf. So I still came to work and just did whatever because working while during selling times they expect you to be all into it and go the extra mile. Then check day comes you try to ask why is there hundreds not on my check and you get a "come

For granted and abused everything

Late 4+ times a week some times by 30-40+ mins
Heavy marijuana use, sometimes in the office

My hour lunch break turned into an hour and a half

Influencing others in the office to use my bad habits

They told me I cant be there and to clock out and don't talk to anyone and disrupt them

They know I have influence

So much so that someone quit an hour later

Oh, maybe the times were always changing and I didn't have a reliable way to work and maybe I notified ahead of time that I have obligations in the morning with my family and have texted a few of those times before being late.

Actually they already called me this morning from unemployment office and don't require any additional information or even require the phone interview at this time. Not every job gives you a slip.
