The problem is when you are dealing with anything above a 6/10 they usually have options because there are negroes out there 10x more desperate than you and constantly blowing up her phone even if they are in the friend zone.
Basically your dikk has to compete with the attention they are giving her in which to participate all she has to do is sit back and enjoy. It is similar if 300 girls lined up and said I will give you a BJ would you ever get around to having sex? Maybe, maybe not.
Adjust your scope and target different females, get an escort if need be for that particular night or line up and stack more options. I think a combination of all 3 would be most ideal.
