So I "win" this HTC Radar :flabbynsick: (but :ehh: for me right now and my needs) off eBay for the $41 :win: and when I get the bytch, the operator is reading "Cincinnati Bell." Im like WTF. So I call TMo and HTC and they're all telling me to get my money back on ebay cuz ole dude must have ROOTED the phone to Cincy Bell. It must have been locked or some shyt cuz the IMEI# on the phone Settings is different than the physical one you see at the Sim card port. :to:

Anyways...what can I do? I got a CASE OPEN :guilty: on ebay but who can help me in my neighborhood? Dont them Arab cats be unlocking phones for the low? Cant I just walk into any of those bodegas (and I live in the 'Raq :blessed:) and just have one of them niccas pop this bytch open for me? I am not well versed in phones but I ike the camera on the Radar and I'd like to have it unlocked for globetrotting anyways.

you can't wipe it to factory, insert a new sim, and attach it elsewhere?

Radar went hard....took all kinds of pics from the Alhambra, to the Eiffel, to Belem Tower, to the Haugue.....yea....real broke boy shyt u clown^^^ :pacspit:
