Sucks to get rear ended.

I had a lady hit me from behind about 2 months ago because she was texting and driving while I was stopped at a red light. When she hit me she pushed my truck into a van sitting in front of me .
Only thing that saved my truck from rear end damage was the tow hitch on the back. Her bumper went thru it. When my truck hit the van in front of me my license plate bracket got stuck in his rear bumper so he had 2 screw holes in his shyt.

Police was ready to give me and her tickets (he thought I rear ended the van in front of me) but I told him we was both sitting at a complete stop and she admits fault.

there is plenty of money in this you can get money from pain and suffering alone ,just don't sign no injury release papers and do not say your not hurt
say u got whiplash from the accident and if you want to get more money get a lawyer or see a chiropractor withing 72 hours .
