R they sturdy...I am clumsy so I need it to be almost unbreakable
They go from my head to the desk so I dunno. They flex a little bit and have plenty of room for your ears. I am pleased so far

Do they have a replaceable cable? That's what always stops working first, the cable, that's how I lost all my Senheisers in the past. Now I only fux with Bluetooth
