I don't have time to explain throughly but the woman you posted is not native to Africa. I don't have time to post studies and historical evidence but hope a coli poster explains why some of these light skin Berbers are not native to North Africa.

But the one you posted is most likely of Iberian extraction. Berbers are not monolithic especially when it comes to culture and phenotype. They just share the same language.

It is more than that. It is race mixing over a very long time. Berbers can be light skinned and dark skinned just like African Americans.
