yo a tip, they're gonna ask you what your biggest fault is, or what you feel you need to work on the most.
shyts one of the trickiest questions of all time. it almost feels like a setup..
I always answer it like this "I'm a pretty laid back type of guy.... not very confrontational... I do tend to shy away from confrontation, which isn't necessarily a bad thing, but at times could hamper me because obviously you can't allow people to walk all over you. i wouldnt say shyt like that. them questionaires ask a bunch of questions about fights and it seems like most companies prefer a zero-confrontation employee, not a ''im working on it'' employee. no need in bringing up confrontation unless they do.

my 1st job was in my college library
. I loved that job. they had me working in the basement with the government documents. They let me listen to my music while working and since I was in the basement nobody came down there except for a few graduate students every now and again.
It was the perfect job at the time because I was taking my English 102 class(I believe...) at the time. I could do my research and get paid at the same time
