It’s 2020 and the supposedly technically advanced Android users are still acting like they don’t see what’s so good about iMessage


Google is fukking retarded for not having developed their own messaging platform integral within Android that all Android phones use by default. MMS is terrible, unreliable, slow, and of low quality

Real shyt though, that's most android users, bragging over SD cards and ultra high end screens. the phone just lacks the simple basics though.

I miss my note 10 small honestly but when I think about it deeply I don't regret it. If I got alot of time to spend on my phone I'm probably not as productive as I wanna be, if I'm downloading a movie to a small screen I'm definetely not as productive as I wanna be. I don't really wanna change shyt and just want something fast on the go. Even Apple pay is faster than samsung pay, that's just the truth.

I will be lying if I didn't say iphone is lame because it is, I got a 11 for a good deal and I can't front I barely use it. Just a boring ass phone that can't really do shyt. But it's fast when you need it to do something. Maps, make a call, browser, search for something the phone works fast and flawlessly.

Android is usually another extra step.

I'll let it like this, if you got time to fukk with your phone all day get a android, if you on the go alot and don't really have time go iphone. In other words if you using mad data non music apps go android, youtube, browser, torrents or whatever, if you using data mostly spotify and music and barely browse go iphone.

I do miss multitasking alot on android but when I think about it, I don't need to listen to some hotep nikka getting me angry while not putting money in my pocket.

She made the right decision and will take a few weeks to get used to the transition then she will love every second of it.

On the other hand, if you dont use your phone much outside of messaging and calls then you wont get full benefit of the control you have with an Android.

Apple got caught stealing from Droid OS multiple times and lost multiple court cases over it

Also, apple goes out of their way to prevent their devices from being used to their full potential. They purposely slow down their old phones to force you to get their newer phones but they rarely add anything to their newer phones

They charge you for every little accessory. They create accessories just to charge you for

I will say that droids are for more tech savy people because there are less training wheels and safeties on the phone itself, meaning theres a lot more that can be done on them

Apple did get caught slowing down devices but not for the reason you stated. It was because when your battery goes below 80% it can’t handle the default clock speed of the processor. So the phones would shut off at 20-30%. Android phones do this as well. To combat that, Apple decided to lower the clock speed. When you replace the battery the clock speed goes back to normal. The problem is communication. Apple should have told their customers that replacing the battery will fix the issue. So you’re kind of right. I know I brought a X when my 6s started slowing down randomly.

You don’t have to buy Apples accessories. They have the largest third party accessories by miles.

I used to own Android phones between 2010-2014. I had the Samsung Moment, HTC Hero, Samsung Nexus S, HTC EVO Shift, and the Samsung Galaxy Nexus. I was always in search of a device that didnt slow down on me randomly (without battery problems), didn’t need to be rooted to get the latest update, and reliability. I just wasn’t getting that with Android. But you know where you was getting that from? Apple. Even in 2020 things aren’t that much different. The Samsung Galaxy S8 isn’t even getting Android 10. shyt is sad. How can I support a company if they aren’t going to support me.

I used to have people get me to load music to their iPods/iPhones. I hate the iTunes application with the very fabric of my fukking being. With Android I'm dropping that shyt into my SD card or the phone's storage and BOOM, we in there.

It doesn't matter as much now with streaming but one of the things I hated most about iPhone was I couldn't just drop my mp3 files on the phone. I still have some songs that I like which aren't on streaming platforms that I keep locally on my phone.

So i currently have a pixel 2 and have my own personal server with music, I download my music from my server onto my phone, are you saying you can't do that with iphone? Is their a workaround?
