I was parked behind another driver who was speeding, writing a citiation, when I felt you pass by.
Ok. What does that have to do with me? I was driving the speed limit.
Well for starters, you broke the law.
How?
When a vehicle has been pulled over in the emergency lane, you must slow down to 20mph below the speed limit, or vacate the lane.
I have never heard of that in my life.
I hear that exact same comment about 6 times a day my friend.
What about these other cars doing the same thing right now though (three cars in a row zoomed by)? And how do you know that I was the one who passed by you, and not the car in front of me or behind me?
