I think it's just Bran doesn't understand or have full control of his powers yet. There's been theories that the voices the Mad King heard were from Bloodraven but what if it's from Bran fuking around again? Someone in the background screaming to burn the others and the Old King like ok:ehh:

Another thing I took note of this episode is how Sansa is starting to become strong. I liked the fact that she been through a lot of crazy sh!t but now she's ready to go and kick some serious a$$. I'm hoping that Jon Snow doesn't remain so timid about fighting Ramsey.
