Yeah the shyt is corny as hell especially nowadays, Back when they had Katt Williams,Deray Davis, and the rest of them that shyt would be somewhat funny but now it's ass with all these youtubers

Damn you late kinfolk I use to see that nikka at the outlet mall and different spots a lot. I was in junior high when I first heard about that nikka back in like 2009 with his skits. I remember in class nikkas use to reference his videos a lot with other youtube videos. Like the rubber band and cinnamon buns song. nikkas sung the shyt out of that song in junior high.

(This what yall was rocking with back in the day? Don't seem like i missed too much)

:russ:

And im stiiilll late!! Lol i aint hop on none of that early social media stuff back in the day cuz i hate hopping on trends. Im just now getting into folks after they washed up and beefing.

I just started watching 85 south show, them nikkas stupid! (Cant fukk with the live shows tho, too much going on lol)

You know man honestly, over the past few years it may be different, but around 2013-14, cats on that show were still hustling in the indie circles in ATL
Yeah I think most of this new crew are getting paid a lot better due to the touring aspect of it. Before then it was basically per episode work. I figured they have to be making solid money now because the battle rappers on there have basically stopped battling.

This was clearly a set up, nobody was fukking with cuz. I’ve seen em give the bell on corny jokes just because the guest host made it, now everything just coincidently gets buzzed?

Spoken Reasons gotta just take the L this is why it’s better to move with humility, you’ll avoid gigantic Ls like this

edit: they wild as shyt too for letting that white bytch say that :what:
They said he was running around arguing with producers and show runners while he was there, he basically turned everyone against him

Spoken Reasons asked for this. If you’re funny, it’s impossible to be set up on this show because the crowd will be behind you. He’s not funny, and clearly not that talented at anything else.

He was one of the first black YouTube stars and used that to take advantage of Emmanuel Hudson. He ate very well off the video and waited to send it to Emmanuel at least a full day later so people could flock to his channel.

I remember him calling out Nick Cannon last year, practically begging to get on the show, saying he birthed everyone on there. Nick gave him his shot and let him fall on his face. :yeshrug:
He wasn't even the one who gave Eman the video. Eman said he had to have one of his friends rip the video for him. Eman said after SR posted the video SR literally went ghost on him. As the video was making millions within days, Eman was literally @'ing SR on Twitter to hit him up because SR stopped answering his calls and texts.

It took a year for SR to finally hit Eman up and only cuz Eman subtweeted SR on Twitter

I'm :gucci:at what Jerry Lavigne turned into

Marriage made him corny:wow:
yeah that one hurts too. He from New Orleans so I was really cheering for him to breakthrough.

He still makes videos though.

Deshawn stopped for a while, then came back about 2-3 years ago and started again, and now his channel is disabled again.

I remember when Deshawn posted a video of him deleting his original videos with millions of views during his first 'breakdown'. Whatever happened when Hollywood came calling him really fukked his head up.

Spanky Hayes, one of the OG cast members, said they was making 26k during the first season per episode but when they went to MTV2 it went down to 1k.

I'm sure the new cast making more than 1k per episode now along with the touring money. Spanky should have rode it out. He literally quit being a comedian after he left Wild N Out because he said he got use to a certain lifestyle and couldn't go back to the regular lifestyle. Huge L imo.

Affion said he ain't come back cuz the new reiteration of the show was social media comedians and not real comedians...which is valid. Shame though cuz after his show on FOX flopped he never really recovered.

So many of these dudes out there i'm always discovering a new one that been getting millions of views for year already
Recently I been watching BigJah, RDCWorld, Lenarr Young and CalebCity
Dormtainment and this dude shows how you can be buzzing like crazy and it not really mean much long term
I was wondering how Shiggy felt about Drake making a whole new dance craze and not including him or feeding him in some way

Yeah a social media comedian buzz is way different from a music buzz or even a streaming buzz, because comedians usually get their money from live shows or movies, and a lot of these guys don't have a live show background.

RDCworld found his niche in the anime game tho, hes apparently going to voice act for a show soon. The rest of them are gonna be in purgatory if they don't figure something out
