The problem is not the kid dumbass. The problem is the government looking at the money you make and saying "We'll take this much percent" without factoring in those who take care of their kid regardless. Avg $400 I wish my shyt was $400. That's on top of the fact that he's never wanted for nothing. But I still gotta pull out an extra percent on top. When he's 18 and off that, you think I'm not spending serious bread to put him through college? You think the money is gonna stop? Or the time spent? Hell no. But what will stop is blanket amount of paper, that also comes with pages and pages of rules and regulations on your own child.

I'd say over 80% of us here by mistake. Lets keep it real. People get married and don't mean to have a kid when they do. You and your wife can get a divorce, and she take half and put you on papers, cause she mad. Are you dumb for nutting in her too? That don't mean the state, needs to get involved, unless you a real piece of shyt. And they should be looking deep into the cases instead of just going to the calculator

Other people who had to do IVF and shyt. You don't have to be a genius to know what happens when you nut raw in somebody Me and wifey waited like 10 years to have our first child. No accidents. I'm not going for it.

Even if custody isn't an issue the state is involved unless you live completely off the grid. Something happens to that child, god forbid, who do you think the state is going to hold responsible? Does your son go to public school? Living in a state = living under its laws. If you don't want to be subject to family law don't have a family. If you have kids take care of em and stop complaining, especially if you were gonna take care of them anyway

Nah they aren’t dense. They feeling holier then thou. 90% of women get the kids. 150% of the time, she wins child support, unless you have 50/50 custody. You can be with her 20 years and get jammed up on the 21st. But TODAY, everything is kosher, so they immediately jump to “Deadbeat. Wrong woman. Broke. Reckless.” Didn’t ask a single question about the situation or make any assumptions in a good way.

I’ve seen plenty of happily married men talk that shyt. Then wind up crying later, moving back into a studio apartment.

Nah... once again I was just stating a scenario..

If you want to know mine. Me and mine were together over 8 years. I moved for a job and she stayed for her sick mother. Moving out of state, even though we both live on the border, she wanted shyt written down legally. Just like dude said, in case shyt happened, beyond just money. But with that, comes the judge doing the child support calculator, even if she's just asking for a set visitation schedule and to make sure I can't run off to Mexico, since we had no paperwork.

So that's why I said 16 years left. Because it has nothing to do with spite, her being a shyt mom, me being a deadbeat, or anything else like that. I still go over and above for mine, and will always do so. But there's no reason why a court case, shouldn't have some deciding factors involved in the judgement of the case.


As for myth.... I clearly just posted the stats. 90% of women in custody cases are awarded custody. You can make more, have a better job, be in a better location, and she's still gotta be damn near a crackhead, for you to get custody of that child. How you think millionaires and billionaires with the best of lawyers, still can't win their kids over some stripper hoe making 42k a year?? Some states don't allow mediation or the parents to set up their own rules. The moment you step into court, they go straight to calculations, regardless if the parents say they don't even want it.


So again.... nikkas couldn't wait to try and look down on somebody, call out all their imaginary deadbeat and shytty women assumptions, then act like they have the answers of how they gonna win their case with ease. Good luck
