We’re still married just not together she quit her job and hopped on welfare when she applied they opened up a child support case cause her dumbass can’t keep a job cause she always fights with the boss.
she got me cause I work overnight so I don’t watch the kids while they sleep. Personally I think it’s bullshyt because they sleep in their grandmas room so she doesn’t even have to watch them while they sleep. I have them from 2-6 after school and 12-6 on the weekends. Imo I’m a great dad but I guess every dad says that.
I make 2000 a month child support is going to be 500 for two kids plus health care (they had free Medi-Cal before.) I can’t even look or talk to her right I’m so mad.
I understand why, but it’s a trip how the government allows women to use it as a weapon. Then at the child support office I get treated like I’m some fukking dead beat.

Missouri for sure. I believe South Carolina too. Some states give the option if the parent requests it if the child is enrolled in higher education up until graduation or 22, whichever comes first.
I looked up some states. In Texas says you're done at 18 or when the kid enter's college. I saw somewhere else Maryland is not as bad as some other states.
OP move to a 'friendlier'(for lack of a better term) state if you can, then again you cant' take the kid with you or that would be kidnapping(pun)

I'm thankful my girl makes more than I do. Still not trying to go down this route with her at this stage though.
